双方为期一年的合作，有助于提升中国奶业人员的专业知识与技能。该培训基金项目共包含6期课程，主要针对牧场高级技能管理和奶厅技能管理的系统培训。新西兰贸易发展局携手WAIKATO通过在DFI建立培训基金的方式，为中国大型牧场管理人员创造更多学术交流与国际新技术的学习机会。培训模式以DFI定制课程设计、牧场参观及新西兰专家培训相结合的方式，学员将有机会在DFI及新西兰进行短期培训，实地了解国内及国外牧场的先进管理经验。

雀巢奶牛养殖培训中心位于黑龙江双城，拥有先进的培训设施，其目的为支持和促进中国奶牛养殖业的转型和现代化。该中心于2014年10月落成，包括一个培训中心和两个不同规模的奶牛养殖场。通过与国内外一流大学和奶牛养殖各领域的领袖企业合作，雀巢奶牛养殖培训中心能够为全国的奶业从业人员提供世界一流的培训和牧场实践。

Training Fund Signing and Launching

(December 4, 2017, Harbin) Nestle Dairy Farming Institute (DFI) and New Zealand Trade & Enterprise (NZTE), WAIKATO signed a Training Fund agreement today, and the first course of Farm Management Skill is launched on time.

To help increase the knowledge and skills of dairy producers in China, under this one-year partnership, the Training Fund includes 6 courses and aims to provide a system training on Farm high-level Management and Milking Parlor Management Skill. NZTE and WAIKATO provide more opportunities for Chinese Farm Managers to exchange academic experience and learn new  technologies by establishing the Training Fund in DFI. The training mode is combined with DFI Exclusive Course, Farm visit and Expert lecturers from New Zealand. The students will join a short time training in DFI and New Zealand, to learn advanced farm management skill at home and abroad.

NZTE is the New Zealand Government’s international business development agency.  Her purpose is to grow companies internationally – bigger, better, fasterfor the benefit of New Zealand.  NZTE also use her connections and government influence on behalf of businesses and apply local knowledge – from the NZTE team and a network of private sector experts to help the enterprisers enter and grow in international markets.

Located in Shuangcheng, Heilongjiang, the Nestlé DFI is a purpose built training facility that aims to support and promote the development of a successful Chinese dairy farming model. The Institute was completed in October 2014 and comprises of a training center and two dairy farms of different sizes. Through close cooperation with domestic and international first-class universities and leaders invarious fields of the dairy farming business, the DFI can provide world-classtraining and to the dairy industry practitioners.
